Your bank will issue you a BankID.

Speak to your bank, and they will ensure that you are issued a BankID. Most banks offer BankID to customers from the age of 15, some 13. Your BankID will work in all Norwegian banks and for public services. In addition to logging into your internet bank, you can use BankID for signing and identification for a range of different services.  

In order to be issued a BankID, you must verify your identity to the bank that you want to be issued BankID from. The bank will provide you with information and help you if you have any questions. With BankID, you verify your identity using your personal ID number and a security token, code card or one-time code that you receive via text message, plus a personal password that you have chosen to gain access to your BankID.
