I am not able to login to the BankID app.

For the time being, only customers with BankID from enkelte banker can use BankID app for login. If you receive the following message: "Not available. Your bank has not activated BankID app", it means your bank does not offer digital code device from BankID yet. We are currently working on getting more banks to join. Right now you need to utilize BankID on mobile to activate the app. We are also working on supporting BankID with code device. 

Contact your bank if you experience issues in terms of logging in.
