I have forgot my password. What to do?

The bank is responsible for providing information and user support in terms of BankID. Contact your bank if you:

  • have forgotten your personal password* 
  • need support with app or code device
  • have received an error message
  • experience a blocked BankID
  • experience any other problem with BankID

*If you are a customer at DNB or Nordea you can request a temporary password from the online bank. In other banks you need to make contact to receive support in getting a new password.
