I have forgot my password. What to do?
The bank is responsible for providing information and user support in terms of BankID. Contact your bank if you:
- have forgotten your personal password*
- need support with app or code device
- have received an error message
- experience a blocked BankID
- experience any other problem with BankID
*If you are a customer at DNB or Nordea you can request a temporary password from the online bank. In other banks you need to make contact to receive support in getting a new password.
