What can I do if activation fails?

Occasionally, activation and use of BankID on mobile fail. You get support from your bank, but please try these tricks that have helped many.

Turn off 4G

Turn off screen saver

Turn off 4G/wifi talk

Exit all running apps

Simply remove the SIM card from the phone and reinsert it

Insert SIM into another phone and activate. Then move the SIM card back to your own phone.
