I have lost a device I have used xID on, what do I do?

To be certain that no one can use your xID on the device you have lost, you can delete your xID. You do this by visiting this website and selecting ‘Delete xID’. You can then create a new xID, and will still be able to use xID to log in to the websites you have previously chosen. You must use BankID to activate each device you want to use xID on. This way you can be certain that no one gains access to your xID after you have deleted it. We also recommend that you do this if your device has been stolen or if you have sold your device to someone else before deleting your xID from the device first.
